Mentoring

Through our parent organisation Agents4FM, we have access to some of the most well known and highly regarded senior managers in the FM profession internationally, all of whom have a wealth of experience to offer.

Our mentoring programmes are excellent for providing support to facility managers who are reaching more senior levels in their career and are facing new and more challenging work experiences.

Interfacing on a one-to-one basis over a significant period of time, our FM mentors work with individuals face-to-face, by telephone, WebEx and/or Skype. Our Mentors discuss problems, offer friendly critique, share experience, advice and information, build knowledge and thinking and provide support; all of which develops confidence and the capability to perform at a high level.
